Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's "Billing & Plans" section. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.

In rare circumstances, we may consider a refund if there was a technical error on our part that prevented you from using the service. Please contact our support to discuss the issue.
